Next week, Emirates is organizing an open day in the Lebanese capital of Beirut to attract more Lebanese young men and women to work as air hosts with the world's largest international carrier.

The airline is part of Emirates' ongoing efforts to strengthen air crews and meet the rapid expansion requirements of its fleet and terminals.

Officials from Emirates' recruitment department will meet with those interested in working during the 'Open Day' that the airline plans to organize on Sunday, September 1, 2019, from 9 am, at the Ramada Plaza Beirut, Raouche.

Emirates is inviting Lebanese young women and men interested in working to be at the hotel at 9:00 am, and all interviews will be conducted.

A CV should be brought in English with a recent photograph. Emirates website emirates.com provides comprehensive information on recruitment procedures and requirements.

The open day will include presentations by recruiters for attendance, preliminary selection processes and discussion working groups in English. Applicants will then be invited to formal interviews and candidates will then move to Emirates Headquarters, where they will have the opportunity to live in Dubai, which is renowned for its global character, shopping malls, modern hotels and high standard of living.

The candidates will join the Emirates Air Services team, which includes employees from more than 135 nationalities, after being trained to the highest standards of air services adopted by the airline.

Air crew members receive remunerated, non-taxable salaries, good benefits, excellent working conditions, modern furnished accommodation, free transportation to and from the workplace, full medical coverage, including dental, and a 30-day annual leave with an annual ticket to the employee's country.

Emirates flight attendants can avail discounted tickets at a nominal price for themselves and their family members on the airline and other international airlines, opening an exciting door to travel and roaming around the world.

Emirates has been operating on the Beirut route since 1991 and currently operates three daily flights between Beirut and Dubai. It employs more than 20,000 flight attendants and air hosts, operates a modern fleet of 270 Airbus and Boeing aircraft and has confirmed orders for 230 aircraft that will join the service respectively. Emirates currently serves 158 destinations in 85 countries across six continents.
