Wasl 1 is a gateway between the old and new areas of Dubai. Rentable retail space and a hotel. One of the most important features of the project is that it is located along Zabeel Park, a short walk from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Jafiliya Metro Station.
Wasl 1 occupies an enormous area of 1.3 million square feet and will provide nearly 3,000 residential units in five phases.
The project began with the Park Gate Residences phase of four residential towers, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year 2020, providing 746 apartments in total for Dubai Real Estate Market.
