Kim Sang-jo, policy chief of the Blue House at the Korea Broadcast Press Club debate, says Japan's intention is to give uncertainty to the Korean economy by holding a strategic export faucet.

But I explained that it is not overly disturbing.

[Kim Sang-jo / President of the Blue House: Most of them will take a little longer than in the past through a special comprehensive permit system, but it will probably be cleared.]

He also mentioned the possibility of a Japanese-Japanese talk next month.
