At the opening of trading on Tuesday, August 20, the ruble is declining against the dollar and the euro. This is evidenced by the Moscow Exchange.
The dollar exchange rate increased by 9 kopecks - up to 66.98 rubles.
The euro exchange rate increased by 3 kopecks and amounted to 74.12 rubles.
Earlier, expert Timur Nigmatullin, in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today”, gave a forecast regarding the average ruble exchange rate during 2019.
