The Japanese government yesterday (19th) authorized the second export of photoresist, or photoresist, used in semiconductor processing to Korea.
The second export permit, which followed on the 7th, was granted only photoresist, which is essential for the production of next-generation system semiconductors.
The export target is Samsung, which is said to be for six months.
The ministry reiterated that this is a natural course of action in Japan and should return to the previous comprehensive permit, not individual permits in this way.
