The hundreds of ING flex workers were not paid in June due to payment problems from payroll company TCP Solutions. There is also uncertainty about the payments for the following months. This is apparent from correspondence in the hands of Het Financieele Dagblad ( FD ).
TCP Solutions is an important partner of ING, which manages the payments and administration of the bank's flexi skin.
Because the problems lie with this payroll company, ING does not want to guarantee the payment arrears. In an internal e-mail to the affected flex workers, the bank states that it did pay the invoices for June to TCP.
ING now states to the FD that the talks about a solution are still ongoing. It is therefore not yet possible to give a definitive answer about the invoices from June. External employees are therefore worried about whether they will be paid at all.
