Ocean Heights is a residential tower of the skyscrapers category of Wonderland Dubai, and the tower developed by «Damac», located in the «Dubai Marina», a height of 310 meters (1017 feet).
The tower has 83 floors and was designed by AEDAS. Construction began in 2007, while the tower was completed in 2010.
The tower occupies the number (19) in the list of the tallest towers in Dubai, and comes in the place (22) at the level of the State, and (24) in the Middle East, and 108 globally.
DAMAC Properties recently unveiled its new project, Burj Zadeh, in Dubai's Business Bay.
The new tower features luxurious one-bedroom apartments with views of the Dubai Water Canal and was officially launched on 29 June.
