This joint cooperation comes as a result of the active initiatives launched by the Investment Promotion Sector in the Department, represented by the Chief Executive of the sector, Majida Ali Rashid, which seeks to attract foreign investments and inject new investments in the real estate sector to match the strategies and aspirations of the Government of Dubai towards an economic capital based on diversification and its continued competitiveness globally. Depends on its polarization of minds and ideas as stated in the eight principles launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
This agreement also reflects the efforts exerted by the Land and Property Department through its private sector real estate promotion and management arm during the past period to enhance integration with the private sector and to conclude agreements that enhance Dubai's reputation as a unique investment destination.
HE Majida Ali Rashed, Executive Director of the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Department of the Department of Land and Property, confirmed that the selection of Dubai Link Group as a real estate promotion agent in Canada and some African countries was part of a promotional strategy adopted by the Department to select investment experts from around the world to invest their expertise and efforts in attracting new categories of Real estate investors to the Dubai market and to benefit from the broad base of relations that characterize these organizations locally and internationally.
