Minister of Energy and Industry Suhail Al Mazrouei called on UAE students to specialize in promising areas full of challenges and require innovations, qualitative solutions and talented specialists.

Al Mazrouei said during his meeting yesterday with a group of UAE university students participating in the World Summit for Industry and Industrialization that the nature of jobs will change but that human can adapt to any future changes in the case of knowledge of science, technology and skills necessary and learning and self-development continuously.

Al Mazrouei pointed out that the human being is able to create a self-employment opportunity through entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial development, noting that there are many success stories for people who started from scratch and created emerging projects that later became international companies.

Al Mazrouei stressed that there is no limit to the support available to students and young people in the country, stressing that the role of the government is to provide young people and students with the best education and the best opportunities for vocational training, demanding the youth to show determination, will and self-confidence permanently, whatever the challenges.

He pointed out that there is no limit to what young people can achieve in the event of excellence in specialization and uniqueness work and commitment to ethics and values ​​and applied on the ground, pointing to the importance of discipline in the study and then in the work.

The Minister of Energy and Industry advised the students to exert effort and hard work especially during the first period during and after university education, pointing out that this gives young people a future career and promising life and opens an opportunity for them to contribute to the service of the nation by contributing to the comprehensive development process and holding prestigious positions, Those who did not care about this important period of human life remained in middle management positions throughout their lives.

Al-Mazroui called on young people and students to compare with best practices and global experiences regardless of the country, including various industries and the main and subsidiary companies and products.

Al-Mazouri noted that the world is currently witnessing close cross-border between companies and institutions and individuals in light of the increasing pace of openness pointing out that universities are also communicating with entrepreneurs and large companies, especially that scientific research is an investment in the end is provided by funds hedge funds or investment portfolios Or companies to develop global research

Al Mazrouei stressed that the doors of the ministry and the concerned authorities are open to facilitate any request by the students for external cooperation in the field of scientific research or practical training.

He also stressed the importance of communicating with the embassies of the State abroad to identify the UAE entities operating and investing in the foreign market that can support the students.
