A court in London blocked the assets of the Minz family for $ 572 million
The High Court of London approved an order prohibiting businessman Boris Mints and his children to alienate property in the amount of $ 572 million, TASS reports, citing the Bank of noncore assets.
As the press service informed, on June 28 a credit institution filed a lawsuit against Mintz and his three sons for recovery of losses of more than $ 700 million.
"The court approved an order prohibiting the defendants to alienate property in the amount of $ 572 million worldwide, which has the same effect as the seizure of property," the report said.
It is noted that the co-plaintiff in the case is Otkritie Bank. Claims are associated with transactions concluded on the eve of the reorganization of "Opening" and "Growth of the Bank."
