According to the text, the ban does not apply to goods “imported for the purpose of completing customs procedures for processing outside the customs territory and temporary exportation”.

The list includes, in particular, pipe products, electric generators, some types of transformers and transmission shafts.

In April, the Ukrainian government expanded the list of Russian goods prohibited from being imported into the customs territory of the country.

Subsequently, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev announced a decision to introduce retaliatory measures in connection with the policy of Kiev.
