The Authority stated that the procedures for the accreditation of telecommunications equipment for both natural and legal persons who import, assemble or manufacture communications equipment for personal and non-commercial use will be exempted. Government agencies and public network operators will be exempted, but they will not be exempted from the procedures if they are offered and provided by telecommunications devices in the markets.
