She pointed out that the average price of the hotel room by the end of last February was 513 dirhams, while the average return on the room was 432 dirhams.

The statistics pointed out that India ranked first as the largest market exporting visitors to Dubai, during the first two months of this year, registered about 386 thousand visitors, followed by Saudi Arabia by about 275 thousand visitors, while China came in third place with more than 209 thousand visitors, while The number of visitors coming from the UK is 204,000.

As for the source of visitors by geographical region, the statistics of «Dubai Tourism» showed that the European market ranked first in the list of largest markets in January and February, after having acquired 22% of the total number, followed by the GCC by 18% , South Asia region by 17%, then North and Southeast Asia by about 12%, and the Middle East by 10%.
