RAK Properties signed a contract with Al-Ali Construction and Development Company to take over the construction, infrastructure and landscaping of the Marbella Villas project, which is worth approximately AED 500 million .
According to a statement issued yesterday, the Marbella Villas are located on Al Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah. It consists of 205 villas and houses in the Townhouse category, allowing buyers to choose from a wide range of Townhouse apartments and villas of four, five and eight rooms sleep.
The company's CEO, Samea Al-Din Siddiqui, said that the company is keen to combine the highest standards of architecture, design and luxury, taking into account the requirements of those wishing to own homes.
