SVT informs the municipality

Almost a quarter of reported misconduct during the period 2019 to October 2022 concerns deficiencies in hygiene and nursing, our review shows.

Something the municipality itself has not paid attention to.

"We have not done that analysis. But what we are doing now is that we have created services so that we can pay attention to any shortcomings, preferably before they happen.

Strengthen control

She emphasizes that all managers and employees received further training in 2022.

In the past few months, the municipality has also strengthened quality controls and created new services to work proactively with inspections.

– We now have strategists linked to each business area who also work as investigators, we have not previously had that. We also now have two inspectors who should be able to stay one step ahead and see that we really are fulfilling the task we have in a correct way.
