The Swedish Sports Confederation is now presenting brand new statistics at the district level which show that sports participation in resource-poor residential areas is lower than previously thought.

A survey in the Skäggetorp district in Linköping gives five clear answers to what could be the cause.

- We went out to the schools and interviewed the children.

We asked if you are part of any association, why you are part of an association, what sport you would like to do and much more, says Ayar Shekha, who is a sports consultant in the area.
