Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a one-time payment of 195,000 rubles to mobilized and military personnel serving under a contract in the Russian Armed Forces. According to the document, this was done in order to provide additional measures of social support to military personnel.

The decree applies to legal relations that arose from September 21, 2022.

The document refers to citizens called up for military service by mobilization, as well as military personnel who served on conscription in the Russian Armed Forces, and about citizens who signed a contract during the period of the special operation for a year or more.

Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed Finance Minister Anton Siluanov to personally oversee the organization of cash payments to those mobilized in the amount of at least 195 thousand rubles a month, which Vladimir Putin had previously said.
