According to TASS, the decree applies to women who have a profession similar to the military specialty.
They can be put on the military register on a voluntary basis, if their age and medical indicators allow them.
On September 21, the Verkhovna Rada supported in the first reading a bill on voluntary military registration of women.
Prior to this, a serviceman of one of the units of the Russian Armed Forces with the call sign Pianist reported on the complaints of civilians about the forced mobilization into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Ukrainian authorities.
