A 40-year-old man who was using drugs at a cafe in Gangnam, Seoul was arrested by the police.
According to the police, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 40s at a cafe in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, at around 10:30 pm yesterday (12th) on charges of violating the Drug Management Act.
Mr. A, who was busy taking drugs at the cafe, was caught talking to other customers and was reported by customers.
A police official said, "We are investigating the type of drug used."
