34-year-old Andrei Protsenko hit his best place in an outdoor World Cup when he finished 2.33 and came second in tonight's high jump final in Eugene, USA.
In a few weeks, it's time for the European Championships in Munich.
But before that, he has other things to think about.
- I have had many competitions to prepare for, but at the same time I am looking for housing for my family, he says with a Ukrainian flag over his shoulders, Protsenko says to SVT Sport.
How has this time been?
- I went by boat, left everything and we have actually lost almost everything.
Everything that the family has earned together basically disappeared.
But I think that's what motivates me to perform even better.
