Lead and dream position for victory. Then it did not work out for Frida Kinhult in the final round of the LPGA competition in Galloway, New Jersey. The Swede went four strokes over par and finished in a split 17th place.

Frida Kinhult, 22, was second after the first round and at the top of the results list after the second.

- Everything happens.

I can not go out and make pairs, I have to fight for my birdies and try to get a low score to win, said Frida Kinhult before the decision of the LPGA Tour competition in Galloway, New Jersey.

Then came the landslide.

The 22-year-old slipped all the way down to a split 17th place after filling the scorecard with a double bogey, four bogeys and two birdies - which gave four strokes over par for the round and a total of -5.

Instead, it was the Canadian Brooke Henderson who won after a special game against Lindsey Weaver-Wright, USA.
