“There is disturbing evidence that the People’s Liberation Army of China provides assistance to the Russian army through a number of direct and indirect channels,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying during an online seminar.
Singh added that China and Russia are allegedly interested in undermining "the dominance of the United States and the West in the world order."
Earlier, Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe said that China requires the United States not to use the Ukrainian crisis to pressure and threaten Beijing.
