He said that three weeks ago, the Tokyo organizing committee, taking into account the difficult epidemiological situation in Moscow, decided to increase the number of PCR tests and send those arriving from the capital of Russia to a conditional three-day quarantine.
“Just a couple of days ago, they revised the requirements, and the restrictions were lifted,” Rozhkov said.
The Paralympic Games in Tokyo will be held from August 24 to September 5.
Earlier, he said that the Russian national team had passed electronic registration for the Paralympic Games.
