World oil prices decline during trading on July 23

World oil prices are falling during trading on Friday, July 23rd.
September futures for WTI crude oil fell 0.38% to $ 71.64 per barrel.
Brent crude oil futures for September delivery also fell 0.38% to $ 73.51 a barrel.
