In the Xiangtan section of the Xiangjiang River Basin, all ships entering and leaving Xiangtan Port have downloaded the "Ship E Line" APP. Through the APP, the ship can be called to recycle domestic garbage, oily sewage, and domestic sewage for free.
Not only that, through the back-end supervision of this system, relevant departments can also find ships that have not handled pollutants normally for a long time, determine that they are suspected of surreptitious discharge, remind the maritime management agency to check on-site, conduct closed-loop management of ship pollutants, and guard the river Clear water.
