10/23/2020, 6:00:59 PM

Due to lost revenue during the pandemic, Färjestad BK is now lowering the salaries of all employees in the organization. - We start with the period until Christmas and then we will see how the situation develops, says Färjestad's CEO Stefan Larsson.

The pandemic is very noticeable for Färjestad when it comes to lost revenue and the economic situation is critical.

Now they are taking reduced wages to reduce costs.

- It is never fun to do violence to the individual's finances, but as the situation is now, it is necessary.

We have for some time agreed with the association's employees on a wage waiver, says Stefan Larsson.

Reduction around 10 percent

The measure affects 90 people and the reduction is around 10 percent.

- It depends a bit on the salary situation, the higher the salary the higher the percentage, Stefan Larsson explains.

He is very pleased with how all the employees line up.

- Now we make a collective effort so that everyone contributes, says Stefan Larsson.

According to Stefan Larsson, the increased audience limit to 300 people will not change the economic situation significantly for Färjestad.
