Japan and the United Kingdom, on Friday, October 23, intend to sign a bilateral free trade agreement, which was concluded in September.

This is stated in the message of the British Department of International Trade.

It is noted that the document will be signed in Tokyo.

The signing of the agreement will significantly reduce duties and tariffs for a number of agricultural products.

The deal is also expected to spur trade relations between the countries.

On September 11, Great Britain and Japan signed a free trade agreement.

This was London's first major trade deal since Brexit.
