World oil prices are rising during trading on Thursday, October 13.WTI November futures rose 0.08% to $ 39.46 per barrel. Brent crude oil futures for December delivery increased 0.07% to $ 41.75 a barrel. Earlier, Stanislav Mitrakhovich, a leading expert of the Fund for National Energy Security and the Financial University under the Government of Russia, in an interview with FBA "Economics Today" assessed the situation on the oil market.
