Donald Trump has been cared for at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for covid-19 since last Friday - but during the evening he tweeted that he is ready to go home.
According to his own statement, Trump is fine and has only suffered from mild symptoms.
This weekend, the president even took a car ride to wave to supporters outside the hospital - which he has later been criticized for by medical experts who say he exposed the other people in the car to the risk of infection.
