<Anchor> The
rainy season front that rained a lot of rain in the southern region yesterday (8th) came up to the central region of the north shanghai again. Since yesterday morning, the water level of the Han River has been increasing due to the increased discharge of major dams in the Han River water system. We will connect with reporters at Jamsu Bridge in Seoul to find out the situation.
Reporter Kim Sang-min, please tell us the situation at Jamsu Bridge.

Yes, it has been raining and stopping again from 30 minutes ago here, but the water level of Jamsu Bridge is a little over 9m.
At one point in the morning of yesterday, it went down to 6.7m, close to the vehicle's allowable water level, so that the bottom of the road could be seen, but it rose more than 2m.
This is due to the increase in the amount of discharge from Paldang Dam, which directly affects the water level in the area, as a lot of rain falls in the central region, including the upper Han River.
Paldang Dam currently flows about 11,000 tons of water per second down the Han River, and as much rain of up to 300mm is expected in Seoul and northern Gyeonggi Province until tomorrow, the amount of discharge is expected to be maintained for some time.
In addition, an additional body of a 74-year-old woman was found at about 4:40 pm yesterday in connection with an accident in which three people were lost in Danyang, Chungcheongbuk-do on the 2nd.
The fire department plans to resume the search for the one remaining missing person as the day dawns.

What is the current traffic control situation, including major roads in Seoul?
<Reporter>
The police and the Seoul Metropolitan Government decided that the water levels in the Han River and Jungnangcheon had dropped enough to be driven by cars, and at 9:20 last night, they decided to lift traffic control on both sides of the Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Dongbu Arterial Road, and Inner Ring Road.
In addition, the section from Yeomchang Intersection to the lower part of Dongjak Bridge was also decided to be released.
I was worried that the traffic disruption on the way to work like last Thursday would repeat this morning, but the worst situation was avoided.
However, control is still being maintained for the Yeouisang, downstream outings, and Gaehwa Gymnasium gates, including the Jamsu Bridge here, and a control section can be added at any time if it rains a lot at night.
Before driving on the way to work, it would be good to check the traffic control information in Seoul.
The city of Seoul has decided to set the rush hour for both subways and buses for 30 minutes longer until the heavy rain warning is canceled, and to delay the last bus by 30 minutes.
