Ankara promises to ensure the security of data on Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems, said Ismail Demir, head of the Turkish Defense Industry Department.

A video conference featuring Demir was held on his Twitter.

“Russia has expressed concern about the S-400 data, and Turkey promises to protect these systems,” he said.

Earlier, Republican Senator John Thune proposed an amendment to the draft defense budget for fiscal year 2021, which involves the redemption of Ankara S-400 from the US Army budget for the acquisition of missile weapons.
