Finished for the midfielder - the cruciate ligament off

Växjö's midfielder Stina Lennartsson has finished playing this year. The anterior cruciate ligament in the right knee has come off. - It sucks, of course. At the same time, it is nice to know what applies instead of walking around and having hopes, she tells Aftonbladet.

It was in the damallsvenska match against Uppsala 1.5 weeks ago that she was injured.

- I knew immediately what had happened, says the 23-year-old, who now has a long rehab period ahead of him.

- Since I have had a cruciate ligament injury before, I know what to expect and that is probably the only positive thing. The club is also very helpful and has already made sure that I get an appointment with a physiotherapist.
