Emirates Airlines: new guidelines for returning residents to Dubai

Emirates Airlines said that customers residing in Dubai can contact the carrier’s call center to help with reservation and request approval for travel to return to Dubai, or complete the application independently on the website of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs - Dubai directly.
