The first deputy head of Ulyanovsk, Mikhail Sychev, was detained on suspicion of fraud. This was stated in the press service of the regional administration of the FSB of Russia.


“Today, Mikhail Sychev was detained. He is charged with especially large-scale fraud as part of an organized criminal group, ”RIA Novosti quotes a representative of the service.

It is noted that the official is currently being interrogated as a suspect.

Earlier, the court sentenced the ex-inquiry officer from the Nefteyugansk region of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug for bribes.
