North Korea's Foreign Minister Lee Seon-kwon said in a talk during the 2nd anniversary of the North Korean summit on June 12th, "Our goal is to strengthen the power to manage the US military threat."
Foreign Minister Lee also criticized the United States for saying, "The hope of improving relations has turned into despair, and even one optimism has faded into a pessimistic nightmare."
In particular, he targeted President Trump, who was reelected.
