Russian rescuers eliminated 44 forest fires on an area of ​​648 ha within 24 hours. This was reported in the press service of the Aviation Protection.


“According to the regional forestry dispatch services, over the past day, June 11, 2020, 44 forest fires on an area of ​​648 hectares have been eliminated in Russia,” RIA Novosti reports.

It is clarified that at the moment in Russia there is 21 forest fire on an area of ​​more than 10.4 thousand hectares.

Earlier, OTR television channel reported a major natural fire that occurred near the village of Esso in the Bystrinsky region of Kamchatka.
