In Russia, authorities recorded a record rate of Covid-19 contamination on Saturday: nearly 10,000 new cases in 24 hours, bringing the total to more than 124,000 official cases. A number that could be largely underestimated because the reliability of the tests and the care of the patients raise many questions in the country. Report from our correspondents.
