At the beginning of May, the idea is that the La Liga team will start training again. During a video conference on Monday, it was decided that the league will resume and that the first match can be played in early June.

Spain is one of the countries most severely affected by the coronavirus with over 200,000 infected and 20,000 deaths.

Now the country is finally starting to open up after being in total quarantine for five weeks.

During a video conference on Monday, attended by the country's sports council (CSD), LaLiga and the Spanish Football Association, it was decided that the league should be resumed and that the first match can be played in early June.

The timetable is that the team can return to training in early May and then gradually increase the collective training afterwards.

Last week, Alexander Isak's Real Sociedad wanted to be reunited at the club's training facility for individual training. But the club then backed down after the country's sports council asked them not to start training.
