U.S. Department of State Recommendations to Stop All Overseas Travel New Virus March 20 4:56
The U.S. Department of State has issued a recommendation on the 19th urging U.S. citizens to stop all travel abroad, given the ongoing spread of the new coronavirus worldwide. The suspension of travel is the most severe at the top level "Level 4" of the four stages of travel information issued by the State Department.
The Department of State also called on Americans staying in each country to take immediate action to evacuate.
