Norwegian lady star Tiril Eckhoff has won the most prize money

Figures have been released on how much the world's best biathlete earned so far at this season's World Cup competitions. Topping the list makes Norwegian star Tiril Eckhoff, who has earned SEK 284 484 more than the men's world cup leader Martin Fourcade. Two Swedes are in the top ten: Hanna Öberg and Linn Persson.


Tiril Eckhoff has so far taken six individual victories so far this season. Add there a second place at the mass start in Oberhof and four world cup victories with the Norwegian relay team.

France's Martin Fourcade has five individual World Cup victories in comparison. With the French relay team he has taken one victory and two other places.

The Norwegian has so far earned € 146,250, almost SEK 1,550,000. This is EUR 26,950, SEK 284,484, more than Fourcade.
