Fourcade won the mass start at the KM stage in Oberhof

Frenchman Martin Fourcade won the race with a total start of 15 km at the stage of the Biathlon World Cup in Oberhof, Germany.


The French biathlete covered the distance in 41 minutes and 1.4 seconds, making two misses at four firing lines.

Second place went to the German Arnd Piffer. Three closed the Frenchman Simon Child.

Russian Matvey Eliseev, with four misses, finished tenth. Alexander Loginov, who made five mistakes, is the 17th.
