A Korean court had been examining whether a prosecutor's arrest warrant was filed by the prosecutor for alleged abuse, but announced earlier this morning that he had rejected the request. The prosecution has filed a request for an arrest warrant by former Minister of Justice Cho for alleged abuse of the office, alleging that he had fraudulently terminated internal inspections for alleged bribery. Former Cho had said, "I do not agree with the content of the arrest warrant."
