“At present, five power units of Zaporizhzhya NPP are in operation. At power unit No. 3, the second day of the scheduled overhaul is underway. There are no comments on the operation of the main equipment of the existing power units and personnel, ”the statement says.
Earlier, the press service of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine reported that a failure occurred in the operation of the first unit of the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
In June, Zaporizhzhya NPP disconnected power unit No. 5 from the power supply network for a planned average repair.
