Milwaukee's suite broken despite Antetokounmpos 48 points

Milwaukee's 18 straight win this season was broken when the team lost at home to Dallas by 116-120. This despite the fact that superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 48 points.

Antetokounmpo was not too disappointed that the winning team stayed on 18 straight wins, two from the club record that the 1970-71 edition holds with 20 when the team took home the NBA title led by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

- We couldn't manage to do the job today but no one said it would be easy, says the Greek according to ESPN.

Dallas won its 10th game out of twelve on the go, which can be compared to eight wins in 14 home games.

- It shows that we are a better away than home team and we have to do something about it very quickly, says Tim Hardaway.

There are statistics for everything in the US and the basket is no exception. ESPN notes that Dallas is the first team in NBA history to break a winning suite of 15 or more wins without the team's leading scorer. Luca Doncic is foot-injured and can be gone for two weeks.
