Shufrich pointed out that the collection of data on individuals without their consent in Ukraine is allowed only in the interests of national security, as well as the protection of “human rights, or if the processing of personal data is a necessity to protect his vital interests”.
“I ask you to give a legal assessment of the relevant situation, to provide an objective verification of the activities of the Peacemaker website, and in case of violations, take the necessary measures. Please inform the committee about the results, ”wrote Shufrich.
