The reigning champion Luleå had no problems maneuvering out Leksand at home. After almost two and a half minutes, Petra Nieminen gave Luleå the lead. Samantha Hanson admittedly acknowledged shortly thereafter.
But Luleå switched up and after two periods led the team 3-1 before Petra Niemninen made her second for the evening. Later, she also went 6-1, her 12th for the season, making her the third-best scorer in the league. Johanna Fällman made her second for the match and set the final score, 7-1.
Second straight for Luleå who is now in fourth place, three points behind Djurgården.
