Felix Tshisekedi: "There will be no more citizens above the law" in DR Congo

While visiting Paris, DRC President Félix Tshisekedi granted an interview to France 24 in which he said he wanted to strengthen the action of justice. And he finds normal that "jolts" sometimes shake the coalition government.
