Russian Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov announced the possible launch of a system to promote a neat driving style in test mode in the country in 2020.

“In the experimental mode, we can launch such decisions quite next year ... I want to say again: in the testing mode, because for this technologically, even, probably, no special equipment is needed,” Akimova quotes TASS.

He also added that the discussion on the creation of such an incentive system will take place at the commission on road safety.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs proposed creating a rating system for driving schools and increasing the qualification requirements for teachers and driving instructors.

It was reported that Russia called for the implementation of driver fatigue monitoring systems (SMUV).
