The Ministry of Finance proposed to introduce a tax for self-employed in another 19 regions

Since 2020, the Russian Ministry of Finance has proposed extending the tax regime for the self-employed to another 19 regions. The draft amendments to the current law are published on the federal portal of draft regulatory acts.


In particular, they want to connect the experiment to St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Volgograd, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov, Samara, Sakhalin, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk regions.

We are also talking about the Krasnoyarsk and Perm Territories, the Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Districts, and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Earlier, Federation Council speaker Valentina Matvienko proposed introducing such a tax throughout the country.

Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov put forward the idea of ​​determining a list of professions where this mode can be used.

Currently, the tax for self-employed in an experimental format is valid in four subjects - Moscow, Moscow Region, Kaluga Region and Tatarstan.
