According to the notification, the event will take place during the summer. The employee, who is a legitimate care worker in Västra Götaland, must among other things have published pictures and a movie from an autopsy on Snapchat.
It was colleagues of the person who noticed the managers at the unit about the pictures. The autopsy film, was not included in the material that was handed over to the managers, but is described by a colleague with "macabre content that shows an open body and skull".
Shut down immediatelyAfter the incident, the person was terminated with immediate effect without pay and later dismissed. This is due to breach of contract, unauthorized filming and photography inside the autopsy room according to the hospital's investigation.
The incident has been reported to the Inspection for Health and Care.
